Refunds or replacement for faulty or damaged CPAP equipment will be applied when Western CPAP has been notified by phone or email detailing the nature of fault or damage. All claims will be subject to assessment of the fault or damage by Western CPAP or the product’s manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.

Equipment purchases can be returned to Western CPAP and a full refund will be given where such goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging within 72 hours of purchase. Where the product has been unpackaged and/ or used there will be no refunds due to Health Regulations on medical equipment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Normal warranty is 2 years for CPAP machines and 3 months for CPAP masks and accessories from date of purchase. Some manufactures of extension options that can be purchased through Western CPAP or directly from the manufacturer.
